Sweet Potato Deliciousness!

I found a recipe recently for baked sweet potato chips. You slice the the sweet potatoes, toss them in olive oil (I used the oil mister instead) and bake. I like mine crisp, so I put them under the broiler. Sprinkle with salt, and (the real twist) squeeze some lime juice over them. It was AMAZING! I was doubtful of the sweet potato/lime combo, but I am glad I tried it. I am going to try it on some baked sweet potato as well, since I can't always have the oil on them.

Yum! I always make sweet pot fries, but this is definitely going in the oven next time. thanks!
