This is done in a crock pot and stove.
I made it this weekend and it's very good.
Ingredients:
Teaspoon olive oil
1 pounds Boneless skinless chicken
1/2 medium onion - chopped
1/2 large green pepper - chopped
1 clove garlic - chopped
1/2 jalapeno - chopped (take seeds out for less heat or take out if you don't want any heat)
1 and 1/2 can tomatoes
1/2 tea spoon cumin
1/2 tea spoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon smoked peprika
alittle bit of lime zest
Take the teaspoon of Olive oil in a non-stick pan then add onion, pepper, garlic clove and saute until slightly cooked
All all ingredients to the crockpot and then turn on either high for 3 hours or low for 8ish hours.
I add salt when I serve it I like it better that way but it's quite yummy. I will for one meal add some cheese shreds to it.
