Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Not the cleanest, but a good treat. I made this recipe up last night and my kids couldn't get enough.

1 c ground oats
1 c unbleached organic flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid)
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Blend everything in a food processor and cook on medium heated griddle. A-w-e-s-o-m-e!
