On d123's request.. I shared some of my protein powder recipes with her.. apparently she thinks they arent too bad and suggested I post them here..
I used Allmax Isoflex for these recipes but have used other proteins in the past as well.. so what ever you have should work ...
PB Isoflex (my ultimate FAVE)... heres a few things I have done with it....
1. Mixed a scoop of it with some egg whites and a bit of water and tsp of baking powder and a sprinkle of stevia. Dump in some berries, and microwave for about a minute... SOOO yum!!!
2. Warmed up some water, added protein powder, a bit of cocoa powder and stevia... drink like hot choc.
3. A scoop of protein, a tbs of peanut butter, lotsa ice, and as much water as you need to get it blended... I like it thick... ((this gets HUGE).. this can also be made (and is just as yummy with out PB)
4. A scoop of protein, a tbs of olive oil or PB, baking powder, a touch of stevia, and just enough water to make a nice "batter" consistancy, then cook in microwave for about 1 min.
5. A scoop of protein, oats(as many as you need to fill macros), stevia, baking powder, and just enough water to make a nice consistancy once again and cook in microwave for about 1 min..
They are all very simular recipes, but great non the less!

CHOCOLATE PB CREPES
I use (ON Chocolate Casine or Whey)
mix powder with water (make it about the consistency of pancake batter)
Heat a skillet
Pam the skillet
(Cook just like pancakes)
Flip when one side bubbles
Let cool
Spread natural PB
EAT
Fantastic
you could use any flavor and skip the PB just as yummi
8 eggwhites
4 scoops Vanilla ProPwdr (I like Whey Gourmet)
1tsp Strawberry sugar fre syrup
Mix together more or less PP may be used fo desired consistency. Cook like a reg pankcake on med. heat (they will burn quickly!)
I do a similar one
choc banana protein pancakes
1/2 scoop banana protein powder
1/2 scopp choc pp
2 egg whites
chocolate and banana crunch capella drops
mix to make batter and cook in non stick frypan
I remembered something else I always used to make for breakfast:
Creamy Protein Rice Pudding
Cook how ever much rice you need to meet your carbohydrate macros
Mix however much vanilla (or other flavor) protein powder you need to meet your protein macros, with water, milk, or almond milk. Dont make it too thin!
Dump the protein mixture on top of the rice
Add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg or any combination of spices you enjoy.
Add vanilla extract ( or any flavor extract you like).
