Default Banana oattie cookie/bars

Hey girl!
I got this recipe quite awhile ago (can't remember from who) and tweaked it a bit. I use it to make "cookies" but I'm sure you could mold it into bar shapes.

3 c oats
1 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp Stevia (optional)

You can add 1 ripe banana.

mix together and drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed w/ non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 24.

Without the banana, I came up with macros as follows for 1 serving:
1 serving = 3 cookies

Cals 144
Fat 1.8
Cho 26
Pro 6

This recipe is very versatile too. I've also substituted canned pumpkin in place of the unsweetened applesauce and it's awesome!

I've made these and tossed in semi-sweet chocolate chips and took them to a family get together. Granted, not as clean w/ the chocolate, but a helluva lot better than the other crap in cookies and my family loooooved them!
(the pumpkin/choc chip combo is heaven!)
