I make muffins just about identical to this and I LOVE them! I make all different kinds using bananas, blueberries, and even canned pumpkin. Yummy! They're awesome for breakfast!

MMM!!
I was devastated last night. I read this, went to the fridge to look for blueberries... gone! D: Major disappointment.
Today I see that there's a banana variation, so I made it. Good thing I didn't have any blueberries because I wouldn't have known to add water hehe.
Thanks K3! These are gonna be a staple now - and they took 20 min total to make!

ps: mine are ugly, but that's just because i'm not good at baking. look at kristine's instead

I would say yes just to make them rise a little. Otherwise they're pretty flat and dense. On the other hand...if you don't mind the consistency, the flavor will be the same.

I must not have converted the "grams" correctly. Does anyone know any easy way to do this without a food scale?

I just use whatever my macros call for if it's 1/2 cup or 1/3 cup of oats, either one will work. Enjoy
