Go buy some regular coco. There is a brownie reciepe on the side of it. Just use splenda or stevia instead of sugar and if it calls for milk or butter, use fat free milk and fat free I cant believe its not butter. I cant remember the reciepe off top of my head...but they taste just as good.

And you can also make Chocolate Oatmeal no bake cookies. Just use splenda and fat free milk!!

I've been making chocolate protein powder into hot cocoa for years and it's great. The secrets are:
1) the brand - I've tried several and the only one that tastes good and doesn't clump or gum up is Optimum Nutrition
2) stir occassionally while heating - if you don't it'l clump up
I dump a scoop of Optimum Whey chocolate (if before bed use a blend of whey and casien), then add water and stir until protein powder is dissolved. Then I put in microwave on high setting for about 2 minutes stirring every 30-40 seconds. Make sure not to overcook or it'll overflow - all micro's are different so you may need to adjust the time. When the water heats up the mixture gets thick - it's yummy!

almond extract

microwave till still soft in the middle- sort of like lava cake

I like to add 10g of unsweetened cocoa powder and two Splenda packets to a hot cup of coffee. Very yummy!
