Get Lean Waffles
My best friend came over and made these over the weekend and they tasted so amazing, you'd never think they're good for you. I have a waffle iron, but if you don't you could just make these into pancakes probably.
Little over one cup of raw egg white (we used from carton)
a cup of dry oats
a little over a cup of cottage cheese
dash of salt
teaspoon baking powder
bit of vanilla extract
a little bit over half a cup of granular splenda
Mix everything with a blender and you're done! Just bake up in the waffle iron or the pan. Also, next time I'm adding cocoa powder to this to see what happens, I think it should be good. I topped it with sugar free strawberry jam and it was tdf!
Oh, this came out to four big waffles and she counted it up and said that it was 20g of protein and almost 30g of carbs but no fat in each one.
