Anyone mix egg whites with cocoa powder and stevia/splenda?

You can even bake them this way, and they come out tasting like souffle! You can add different extracts to the mix, too... and then top with syrup.

I do something similar, I got the recipe off the net
Mock oatmeal
whisk 4 egg whites and 1 T of any flavor sugar free syrup you like
cook in a non stick fry pan, like scramble eggs
serve on a plate and top with cinnomon and splenda.

On days when I have time I like add splenda and brown sugar twin and wip them like crazy. Cook them for about an hour and you have meringue cookies.

Mmmmm that sounds SO good!

I usually have about 50g oats (old-fashioned thick rolled), three egg whites, 4g ish coconut oil (it's a guess by now, I dont measure it anymore) and some cinnamon for breakfast... all whipped together! Microwaved for about 2 minutes.

A half scoop of some form of yummy protein powder also makes a nice flavoring in egg whites, but the flavored syrup is probably a better idea (less additional calories and protein... but you can always drop one egg white with the addition of a protein powder)

Usually to make a no-carb pancake with psyillum husk for fiber OR I pour them over spinach and mushrooms and stick in the oven for a crustless quiche and use a little hot sauce or Bragg's.

i usually set my oven at 400-425 depending if i have other things baking or not. it usually takes about 20 minutes depending on how deep your dish is. its so easy and versitale. i throw leftover steamed veggies in there or mushrooms or pretty much anything you have around!

Olesya - how do you cook this? Like an omlet on the stove or in the microwave?
