I am so sorry you are going through this. Both one of my sisters and a sis in law is going thru the same now. All the advice I can give is RELAX and I would not "diet" per se. You need good quality carbs and fats and proteins. Also, try an ease up a bit on the workouts. Take days off. Try and just have fun in the process instead of the process controlling everything. It took me 6 months with my 4th. Not sure why, but I had to increase my good fats, decrease my weights a bit, and having sex everyday doesn't necessarily help
Hugs and prayers to you ! IT WILL HAPPEN!!

Awe, sweetie. I understand how heartbreaking this is for you and your boo. I have not experienced this personally, but know many women who have. These are active, young, healthy women.

I would recommend for you to read some literature on natural remedies for infertility. Toni Weschler has a great book titled Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It will give you great insight as to where to begin and actions you should take.

Don't give up. Find a new doc. I used a midwife for my second pregnancy and loved the change. Maybe find a birthing center with midwives and doulas. It seems you are not getting any emotional support from the medical community.

Hugs!

First of all I want to give you a big huge. I have first hand experience with this and its difficult to say the least. Find a doctor who takes you seriously. I would go to a fertility specialist. If having intercourse at the proper times you should be able to concieve in a 6 month window. Hopefully you issues are simple but you need to find out from a doctor who specializes in fertility.

I had endometrious from the time I was a teenager and ending up with a hystectomy at age 27. I had two beautiful boys who are in my life through the miracle of adoption. God does have a plan. BUT find someone who can help you figure out what is going on. I've been there and understand your emotions. Buzz me if you ever need to vent or just cry.

I have no idea what your going through but I will keep you in my prayers. Just try (as if you haven't already) and really relax and hopefully it will just happen. I'm so sorry your having to go through this. But you will get that baby!

First off

This must extremely frustrating and upsetting for you. I'm gonna play devil's advocate here and say has boo also been checked out and everything's hunky dorey with him too?
Regardless I definitely think a new, tactful and sympathetic doctor is a great idea. Be careful before you embark on using Chinese medicine though as it isn't subject to strict regulations and what you end up taking may not be what you think it is.

Other than that, good luck! Go and have a massage to relax you.
