Bikini would be easier to pull off in that amount of time. However, the sky is the limit if you are disciplined and focused- which you always are...
I prepped for my first show in 11 wks. However, I did not have near the amount of mass that you have. You could def. do either. Figure just takes a toll on your metabolism more than bikini. Do what you fee comfortable with.
I know it sucks - I'm without a trainer too -- but you can do it!! I've only done one show, but I was amazed at how my body responded during the cut. Mind over matter, and you will look (even more) amazing.
Thanks ladies! I am going to use Crack the Fatloss Code by Wendy Chant. It is a carb cycle. On the "carb ups" the book kinda lets them be a "freeforall" as far as food quality is concerned, but I will keep them clean.

Protein powder in water. I was not training for anything... just trying to lose that last 10-15lbs. So I threw out that mindset of NEEDING PWO carbs, or I need "so many" calories and I just followed plan blindly and faithfully. The first week I found really hard with training and all but I made it and I stuck with it. I have made tremendous gains in the gym... such gains I can feel the differences from week to week.
I know you are training for a comp. (I think??) so i really can not identify. I do know this plan is a good one and works and you will get the cals you need and feel well fed if you do as she says.
