I started my prep. 1 week down, 9 to go. Last show I was very lean so Olesya and I decided to come in a bit softer this time. But my metabolism is crazy fast (lucky me at 43!) and I lost 4 lbs this week...and we didn't even change my diet and only 1 day of 20 minutes cardio. The new training plan O has created for me is awesome and definitely fat burning!
