7 weeks out - first bikini comp

I took my seven weeks out pics today to send to my trainer. I feel tighter, but I still feel like my pictures look the same. I know I could just lower my calories or amp up the cardio and I'd lose weight, but I'd probably lose muscle too. So I'm trying to be patient and shave it off slowly, like Smart Trainer wants. I am lifting heavy, four day split, and doing some cardio but not much high intensity yet.

7wks is plenty of time for ya...Remember, bikini is a softer look than figure so you dont need to drop much at all.

thanks ladies - and yes, I do crank out chin ups while I'm cooking I wish I had a basement, but since I put it there I do tend to just grab and do a couple every so often.
