Hi Ladies! I have been working with Bret Contreras for 7 weeks. I started with him at 12 wks out from my 3rd NPC show, the Arizona Open. Here is the comparison from 12 wks out and 5 wks out. I am sincerely grateful to have him guiding me through my prep training. This is lifting 6 days a week with no cardio and no super strict caloric deficit. Sorry for the deep orange shades in my recent pics. These are on my webcam.
