I think you just may be crazy

You made great progress, you've definitely dropped some bodyfat and you can see the muscle you've gained in your back and delts!

I think we are all just too hard on ourselves and sometimes dont see how far we've come. A transformation doesnt happen over night...keep doing what you have and each set of pics will be better and better

Your progress is very good, don't sell yourself short, it never really happens fast enough for most of us, but eventually it does happen. I still have a long way to go myself.

Ok maybe I'm just chin-up crazy right now, but my arms really filled out while I was working on doing chin ups. I'm not really a 'bicep' person, I like triceps better, but they did grow & get more shape, even my pec muscles are more defined and my shoulders. And working on doing chin ups only takes a few reps of negatives & assists. There are supplement exercises to do as well

Nic- Thank you so much! you are definitely an inspiration. Im learning to be happy with what i see in the mirror because i know im working hard :-) i just get impatient sometimes lol but dont we all.

Epona- Thank you so much. Ya ive looked back at my workout log and i have definately neglected isolating bis/tris. Ive been more focused on compound exercises so maybe i will try to add in a few french presses or curls into some HIIT. Thanks so much

You girls are awesome

You're looking great girl!!! You've made amazing accomplishments so far so don't be so hard on yourself! I know it's easy to become discouraged when you feel as though you're not seeing progress as quickly as you'd like, but don't let it distract you from your goals. You're doing an awesome job!
