As far as posing goes, practice makes perfect....but other than that [COLOR="Red"]Your back double bi looks AWESOME!!!!![/COLOR] Delts, bis, back.....muscular and lean! Great job

Nice muscle.

Try to relax more on the front pose so your arms to wing out as far...double bi is nice!

Thanks ladies...I would like to get leaner...that is my goal right now. No plans on doing a show...just want to look good year around.
