Thanks ladies!! I have to shout out to WetWolf (love him or hate him), those are my progress photos for the contest he did earlier this year.

So far this year, I have lost 8.5" off my waist 6" off my hips, dropped 15%BF, added 12lbs of LBM, and lost about 40lbs of FAT .

I have been following his workouts from the FA articles, and his fat girl with muscle plan from the One Day Diet article. I really can't say enough good things about how my body has responded to the plans in the FA articles.

So...today begins a 12 week cut. I hired Wolf as my coach and he has lofty expectations given the progress I have made so far. I have been eating OK and working out, but today I buckle back down, get the diet 100% clean, and get rid of the rest of my fluff. I will post some new pictures in 6 weeks or so, then we can all see how much further I have come!!
