OK I finished a short 8 week bulk I now want to shed some BF %
Do I need to time my aminos? I don't drink them I do take pill form. I generally take 2 pills in am 1 at lunch and one 30 mins before gym.
Should I be taking more?
I take the Biotest Brand BCAA's.

I drink mine so I sip them as I train...but they're yummy, so I mix it with my water throughout the day. I've never taken them in pill form...what are the directions on the bottle??
Basically what I do not Altho just noticed it says to take during training as well.. I may do that. I have a sample of xtend maybe its time I gave it a try. Just dont want to lose any hard earned muscle. My tummy is sensitive to those kinda of things so not sure how I'll react I suppose that is why I have a sample lol =)
Mloveb...I have used both Biotest BCAA's and Xtend.
For Biotest I take 2 in the a.m. upon waking, 4 before workout, 4 during, 4 after and 2 at bedtime.
I agree with Nic...Xtend tastes yummy!!!!!! I get better results with my workouts when I put Xtend in my water and sip throughout....I have more energy throughout my workout from when I just took the Biotest 1/2 way through.

I may just try that then. I'll take the xtend on my next circut training on Thursday.
Today I'll try the pill form. See if I notice a difference. I also can't swallow more than one of those at a time so xtend if it doesn't upset my tummy would be excellant option during training for me.
Sample I have is watermelon, does anyone know how the apple, orange or blue raspberry tastes? What's your fav? Thanks! One more thing I am looking at the label and it doesn't list cals nor carbs etc just the #'s of BCAAs in it, am I to assume this has no cals or carbs in it? THANKS!!

Take during training to increase growth hormone and insulin, thus increasing anabolism and anti-catabolism.
Help to provide energy.
Increase Testosterone levels when taken post-workout.
Decrease post-workout soreness.
Increase lean body mass and improve strength.
Increase exercise endurance.
Take in addition to protein supplements. May be taken upon waking up, prior to cardio, between meals, and before bed.

Ok I tried the Watermelon Xtend on Friday, it did bloat me alittle bit my tummy was griggling alittle aka gas. lol But all in all wasn't bad tastey stuff and I will buy the apple next pay period and inculde it, taking pills out on the floor or remembering to go to locker and get them isn't working.
I don't care if I get alittle bloated on floor and it really didn't set in until toward the end of training prob about 45 mins in so last 20 mins or so wasn't too comfy, now if I get used to taking pills during training I'll stick to that.
Edit to add: I am thinking it is the sweetner that they have in it, I never use, well very rarely use sweetners so I am thinking it was that.
