It contains A7E (3, 17-dihydroxydelta5etiocholane7one diethylcarbonate), a fat burning prohormone. A7D and A7E are banned in the INBF. Why this is..I dunno..because its not banned in the INBA and I didnt see it on the WADA...but thats whats on the INBF site..NO HOT ROX..hahah
I don't take fat burners at all..I think they do more harm to your body and metabolism then good. I would rather work the fat off and have my body thank me in the long run.

I wanted to type something like this yesterday but didn't. I know there are lots that actually use fatburners. But my personal experience with it was they make me tired. After they wear off I just keep wanting to take more and more and more to keep me going. I was even running out of steam in the gym. So I cut all caffiene out and 5 days in I feel so much better.
I didn't use the brand your asking for but in 2 weeks time it drained me and made me have so little energy.

I have taken fat burners in the past and they did give me a lot of oomph but as the LOVE said above they eventually leave you really drained and then you have to take more of the product to get the full effect. I really think you should be careful of what you put into your body since everything filters through your liver. I don't really like the idea of putting unknown chemicals and substitances in my body when I dont know the long term side effects of them. I just take my Super Pump and go go go at the gym.
I stopped taking fat burners a long time ago...bottom line is they dont make a SIGNIFICANT enough difference...nothing a little diet fine tuning cant do
hmm..I was never tired and drained on the Hot Rox...I always cycled it tho..5 days on 2 days off.....perhaps I will try the natural way this time around (Carnitine, CLA, Green Tea Extract, and Forskolin)..what do yall think about that?
Will CLA aid in fat loss??? My buddy suggested it to me when I told him I'm not into fat burners because I'm so caffeine sensitive.
Yep. CLA has been known to enhance fat loss/muscle size/strength. I recently read that "CLA involves increasing the activity of carnitine palmitoyltransferase, thereby increasing the transport of fat into the mitochondria."
Hey gorgeous lady! I am with the others on the no fat burner wagon. I don't see why you need them. You are so lean and your body sheds weight so easily. I think they do more harm than good. My philosophy is that I have this body FOREVER. What I do now will effect me when I am 40,50,60, and beyond. Thus, is it worth the short term results?
Hugs! Please don't take this as an assertion of my personal beliefs. I love ya all the same.
