All this reading is gettin me confused of when to take my supps and how much of them to take. I think I have it right, and then I read something that doesnt quite match up..so this is what Im doin..tell me what yall think:
- Upon Waking/Breakfast: Whey Protein (Isopure)/Glutamine/Animal Pack
- Pre-Workout:
--N.O. Stack: Arginine/Pycnogenol/Ginko Biloba
--Creatine Stack: Creatine/Betaine/ALA
--Whey Protein/Beta Alanine/Glutamine/BCAA
- Post Workout: Whey Protein/Casein Protein/BCAA/Glutamine/"Creatine Stack"
- Before Bed: Casein/BCAA/Glutamine
