Now what baffles me is that it seems the same dose for men / women etc?
So no matter what sex or weight you are we all take the same???
I am taking the RDA but I just wondered is this the same for all bcaa's?
Seems odd as all other supp's seem to have male / female dosage?
That is correct. 3 before the workout and 3 after is what I take. Don't know why it is the same... I will have to read up on it, but it is an amino acid (good for our body), not like a fat burner etc. They are to help repair and keep muscle. Guess you can't ever take too much of that right??
Really supplements are just that-- supplements. NONE of this stuff is desperately needed. But BCAA's are one of those supplements I view like a multivitamin.
