Really?!?! ...
8 grams of beta alanine is the recommended dose for most effectiveness/saturation. So if taking it once a day you are getting that, then you are getting enough. But I know doses are often seperated so you don't get too tingly. I know I can't take much more than 4 grams with out wanting to scratch my ears off. Not sure if/of other benefits/side effects of seperating/not seperating the doses.
The past two days I've been taking 6g pre workout, I plan on bumping it up to 8 but I wasnt sure if its best to be seperated/timed differently...Any tips?

From what I've read pre and post workout seem to be the most benefical to take advantage of the carnosine that it develops in your body, since you like the tingles I would just go for the 6g pre and have your next 2 after training.

The tingles going away is OK Nic it doesn't make it less effective. =0) Your body just adjusts to it. I know you said you like the tingling so maybe you can discontinue use of your off days(if you haven't already) to help lessen your body from getting used to it, if you like it that much. Also, taking it with carbs may lessen the tingle not much you can do about not having a prew/o meal.
