The past two days I've been taking 6g pre workout, I plan on bumping it up to 8 but I wasnt sure if its best to be seperated/timed differently...Any tips?

From what I've read pre and post workout seem to be the most benefical to take advantage of the carnosine that it develops in your body, since you like the tingles I would just go for the 6g pre and have your next 2 after training.

Confused:

non-essential amino acid? What is that compared to BCAA's?

Nope, you're perfectly normal -- just not as sensitive to it. Doesn't make it any less effective!

Here's the one I've been using: Beta Alanine

I use caps.

The tingles going away is OK Nic it doesn't make it less effective. =0) Your body just adjusts to it. I know you said you like the tingling so maybe you can discontinue use of your off days(if you haven't already) to help lessen your body from getting used to it, if you like it that much. Also, taking it with carbs may lessen the tingle not much you can do about not having a prew/o meal.
