Alright so, there's this deal at my local supp store where it's buy one get one free... and the Biotest Beta-7 is 40% off, and if I buy one, I get another one free.

I love it. Started taking it, I like it the tingle is hard to get used to but not to bad.

Edited to add: that is a really good deal!

Wow! get it, get it. Yes, Mlove! The tingling is especially crazy when doing cardio. I always love when I am startled by something and get that jolt LOL.

Peaches- It is a non-essential amino acid. The easiest way to explain it is that it works similar to creatine, but you don't get all the side effects. I stack it with creatine because I don't get the bloat from it like some do.

It increases strength, endurance, lean mass, and delays muscle fatigue.

Some people are just more sensitive to it than others.

I think you should buy it I have been taking it for about three months now..I love it. It supports energy, musclar endurance, and performance...and that "tingling feeling"..well some people, like myself, can be a lil sensitive to it..so they get a flushed feeling..they say its harmless and just to lower your dosage..but it doesnt bother me too much..hahaha

8 grams of beta alanine is the recommended dose for most effectiveness/saturation. So if taking it once a day you are getting that, then you are getting enough. But I know doses are often seperated so you don't get too tingly. I know I can't take much more than 4 grams with out wanting to scratch my ears off. Not sure if/of other benefits/side effects of seperating/not seperating the doses.

I take in morning, pre-workout and at bedtime. I have never experienced the tingling feeling.

Yep it will start to go away and also shorten in length of time.
