Nope, I LOVE my shake! But, there have been many times where I didnt like the protein and thought it was gross...Maybe try switching brands or flavors to see which one you like.

No I like the flavor or should I say I can tolerate it, I actually feel like throwing up about a half hour to an hour later after drinking it.

Actually I did throw up twice this week... Do you think the powder could be bad? I've been using this brand for a long time and this has never happen to me before.

Like right now I feel like I could be sick. I had a shake like an hour ago.

Maybe there is an ingredient that doesnt agree with your belly...I use an isolate because my skin breaks out if I use just any protein.

I use Natures Best Low Carb Isopure (Dutch Chocolate)...It tastes good and mixes easily with water. I like other proteins but this is the only one I've tried that doesnt mess with my skin.

I mostly use ON Gold Standard. Are drinking it too fast? Are you staying hydrated during your w/o? I don't know. I don't know what I would do if my pp was making me ill....I live on the stuff. Hope you can figure out what is causing it!!

I have that problem, too - and I also use isolates exclusively.

Mermaid, maybe buy some sample packets of another brand/type of protein to test out and see if they still make you barfy?

Also, all the whey makes a very economical lactose-free isolate if you can't find any sample sizes and want to see if it's the type of protein you're using...

Yep, I have this one too and it makes me sick. Its so strange cause it just started happening all of a sudden and its frustrating cause I rely so much on PP to get my protien requirements for the day. Not being able to use it sucks.

See my post to Nic, I bought the nature's best last night to give that a try I also bought the egg whites (egg whites international) hoping that this would be my back up. I just cant eat six heavy meals a day its too much. Drinking my shakes makes it so much easier.

How are you using your EWs from EWI? I bought some too and just curious...Unless I actual blend them, I am not too fond of it. It is too "gooey" just shaken with aome water and PP. I have been using them for scrambled eggs and they are perfect for that!
