Yohimbe

Hey Ladies,

Has anyone tried Yohimbe? I am informed that it is a natural weight loss aid and is better then ephedrine.

I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with it?

It is strong stuff and makes many people sick. I have read about the ECY stack as being a superior fat burning combo. I know some athletes swear by the stuff- especially for thigh and butt fat.

Interesting...I just started taking gotu kola to *hopefully* mobilize some leggy butt fat.

My trainer truly believes in the stuff. I bought it and hated it after about 2 doses...made me feel very weird and didn't like it.

Oh...and the pills are massive!!

I use Green Magnitude (creatine by Controlled Labs) and I think it has some yohimbe in it... cant remember for sure... gotta check that one!

I did use Lipo-6 which doeshaveit. I actually did well with that... Im not much for fat burners, but I got good results from it.

Ya I think I am going to hold out on getting it. They won't sell the product in Canada and my momma (who lives in the states) said that a lot of companies removed it from the shelves. I imagine that I will only use fat burners as a last resort...I would rather work the fat off my ass!!!!
