Every few months i always take two weeks and cut out cardio, caffeine, and any excess supplements (I'll fully detail that below). So technically, yes, I do but I dont think everyone does. I also switch creatines after ive used all of one of the large jars (lasts me about 8 months) so this time around Im switching all my other supplements brands' as well. But i know I'll switch back after ive used all that product.
Typical supplement stack:
CL Green Magnitude (half scoop 30 min PreWO)
CL White Flood (one scoop 30 min PreWO)
CL Purple Wraath (one-one and a half scoops IntraWO)
Glutamine (2g 30min PreWO, 2g IntraWO)
Green Tea (Roughly 2 cups IntraWO)
Anhydrous caffeine (50g PreWO)
OFF weeks:
CL Purple Wraath (one to one and a half scoop IntraWO)
When I switch brands of everything (Im almost out of GM and PW), I dont usually have all the same brand, but I keep a creatine, a NO2, and some kind of BCAA intraWO drink. This time around it happens to be BSN Cellmass, BSN NO-Xplode, and Scivation Xtend. And I'll probably continue my Green Tea and caffeine, though i think NO-explode has some caffeine to it so maybe not.
MMmm it might be helpful to know that im only 5'2 so you may actually need to take their recommended serving if youre very tall.
