Hi everyone! I want to start taking vitamins, but not sure which are actually worthwhile. So, wanted to know what kind everyone here takes. And if you don't take any, I'd like to know your reasoning behind that.

Thanks!

Hey I take Universal Animal Pak..its a really great multivitamin for the serious gym-goers

Here is a link:
Bodybuilding.com - Universal Animal Pak - The Ultimate Training Pak! On sale now!

I also take:

1. ZMA (before bed)
2. Vitamin C + Potassium + Vitamin E (post workout)
3. ALA (post-workout)
4. Fish Oil (2 caps/ 3 times a day)
5. Calcium + Vitamin D
6. Green Tea Extract (3-5 times a day..but if I drink a lot of green tea that day, I will lower dosage for balance)

Hope this helps!!!

Centrum Womens Multi
ZMA
L-lysine (I used to have a terrible cold sore issue... I take one a day mainly out of habit now)
Osteo-Biflex (joint health)
Betaine HCl (supports digestion)
I also drink a ton of green tea (6+ cups easily).

I use a Centrum multi... Im switching to a sports-targeted brand when im done with this bottle though... I jsut dont feel like a vitamin I can find at Wally World is really all that its cracked up to be. Wrong or not, id feel safer with something from ON/Animal Pak/etc

Betaine - I read about this and just bought a bottle on a whim basically... glad I did! I can totally tell a difference.
