Just wondering what you change up with supplements around the 12 week out time frame. In my off season I used beta-alanine with kre-alkalyn. (eventually a fat burner..) My new trainer told to me to stop taking "muscle building" supplements while dieting down. My last show I used similar products an I think it helped to preserve my lean mass...
What are your thoughts on this and what do you usually change up/cut out in the seasons? Also, anyone use pre-w/o supplements while dieting down? Never used them, just curious on that.
