UGH!! IM SOOOO TIRED OF DRINKING EVERYTHING!! lol...The only reason I chose to get the powdered supplements is because it is supposed to absorb faster. I wanted to know If I switch some of my supplements to capsules (L-glutamine and BCAAs) will this have a negative affect on my absorbtion???? [/SIZE][/FONT]
