Book - Figure Competition Secrets

Has anyone bought the Figure Competition Secrets book advertised on this webpage? If yes, was it worth it? What did you get out of it? How much does it cost?

You know... I think I did buy it like 6 months ago... and I have not got a chance to read it yet. I will definitely let you know when I do though .

I was considering it, but id rather save for personal training than to buy another book at the moment.

I bought it too back in Jan or Feb. It is a great book, covers everything. It has 2 training programs for prep that really brought more detail in my legs and upper body. It's easy to understand, yet very detailed when you get to the actual contest prep part.
