Hello! Some of you may know me from FA, others this may be the first time we meet!
I was training to do a show in sept, well due to money issues I was not able to do so. About 3 weeks ago I broke my pelvis/ tail bone, I was just wondering if anyone has ANY thoughts on some exercises/works I could start. I cant lift a lot but I have to do something!!! Just sitting around has me feeling soft, not cool! Thanks everyone!!!!

Well I was horse back riding and the horse decided to get a little out of control and ended up falling on top of me. Its kinda funny to think about it now, but at the time it sucked! lol
I can do upper body but being that it is my center body that is healing I cant lift to much. I havent really tried to do any upper body just because I dont want to put to much pressure on those bones. I could try curls, pull ups, or something along that line. Any other ideas?

You might be best off to just recover and then get back at it, but stay active in your daily life. What is the recovery time?

Well here it is the end of april, all healed and still not doing any lifting. I look in the mirror and shake my head every day....what have I done to my body? Granted, At first I didnt have much choice but as I healed I still stayed away from my much needed friend, my weight bench. I look at it every time I walk down to the basement and sigh....well I am so done with this flabby body! Time to recheck myself and get back to doing what I love, lift heavy, lift hard!!!! As of now I am just going to get back into the swing of lifting again, getting my back to remembering the feel of that burn, soreness that we all love. Bigger plans will come!!!!
I will get all my numbers, and a few pics up soon. I am going to use this as my life line to people that have the same love for weights as I do.....any comments are welcome and encourgaed!!! Thank you to all the ladies that helped last summer, lets do it again!!!!

Wow girl, sorry about the injury
I know that you are craving the weights, I would be too...but its so important to allow your body to heal.
Did you get the ok from your doctor to lift again? Did they give you any training recommendations?
