Wii Fit Workout time

My best friends younger brother just got the wii fit for Xmas last week and I was wondering if anyone else has it and if it can actually help you lose weight? So far I am loving it when I visit them and can play it all day if I could haha.

honestly I was wondering if there was Wii Fit before and afters somewhere. Anyone I know who's got that never uses it. So I have no first hand experience but if your not doing any exercise and you start doing some your going to lose some weight, it's how far will it take you kinda thing. I think anyway.

We just got it for Christmas. Haven't played a lot of it yet...so far I would say fun..but not much true weight loss exercise involved.

I have the Wii Fit and the AE Active Sports game, if you want a weight loss one I'd go with the AE Active Sports because it does a lot of bodyweight lunges and squats.
