Question What does/did your upper/lower split look like?

For those of you who have done an upper/lower split, can you provide some idea of what it looked like (reps/sets/number of exercises per workout)?

I would like to make sure I am including enough volume in these workouts so that i can see the progress I am looking for.

I have been doing a ub/lb split for about 4 weeks and it looks something like this
3sets x 12reps
1 set ^ weight x 8reps
usually do about 2 exercises per body part (back, biceps, quads, hams, etc.)
So far it is working for me...I am going to go another 2 weeks and change up the exercises a bit so I dont adjust...
