Question Too much ham work in this workout?

So as some of you may know, I am starting to lift heavier and am in my "muscle building" mode. I am working each BP once per week and really focusing on my lagging BP's: legs (esp. hams/glutes), delts and tris.

Today was my leg routine and this is what I did:

Front Squats
Romanian DL's
Bulgarian Split Squats
SLDL's
Barbell Glute Bridges
Calf Raises

Is this too much glute work and not enough direct quad work, if this is my only leg workout for the week? Just curious if i need to work in some more direct quad work and if I should give up one of the ham exercises to do so. As it is, this workout took me an hour to complete.

I would only do 1 type of deadlift...2 would kick my ass. Why not try alternating per workout? One week do RDL and the next SLDL? Just a thought

I guess I am doing both because I use the Romanian or Sumo or Traditional DL as my "mass building" exercise (heavy weight, low reps), but use the SLDL with less weight, higher reps (like 3 sets of ten) since it is a unlateral exercise. Plus, with lower weight, I can really concentrate on tightening up the glute on each side.

Do you think there is enough quad work in there?

I would suggest adding in the leg press which works quads(lower on platform) or ham/glutes (higher on platform) depending on the placement of your feet. I agree with Nic, try alternating the 2 dead lifts.
