Well, actually, I'm the one that needs the help. I trained delts on Tuesday but today woke up with my left one really hurting. I love to be sore, but I was supposed to train biceps today and I had to quit the workout early and just do cardio instead. Even during my warm up my shoulder was hurting and I didn't want to push it and risk injury.
So... for a sore shoulder, what's your cure? I have tried to massage it with my other hand, but the pain is deep in there where a massage won't reach it. Should I treat it with ice? heat? I'm could sneak into my friend's hot tub...
I don't think I've really injured myself, I was just trying to push it really hard on shoulder press and arnold press and I think I overdid it. :(
