Are you speaking of this: Metabolic Program?

If so, I bought this program several months ago and have used it for a much longer period of time than I normally use similar programs. It's fun! It has you moving a lot, and there are many different exercises involved so you don't get bored. I don't know how affective it is, I mean I haven't stuck to it very consistently and my diet hasn't been what it should be, but if I had to give you feedback on the program based on what I do like about it, I would recommend it to anyone. If you do buy it and stick to it, please let me know what your results are, I think anyone who sticks to it implicitly should see changes.

Well, for me, the nutrition strategies are pretty interesting (if not a bit hard core) but I am in a leaning out stage, will not start bulking for another month or two, and I thought this might be a fun (though challenging) way to mix things up and shock my body a bit. I have had some good email contact back and forth with Nick, who created the program, and he has been really helpful with some detailed questions I have had. He does not lie - he really is all about customer service and helping you through the program, so that alone makes me want to give it a shot.

i will likely be starting tomorrow and will let you know how i am making out!
