I'm looking at getting a piece of cardio equipment as soon it'll be harder to manage to have such a freedom of choosing when to fit in workouts and runs just won't happen as the nights will draw in etc etc.
What would anybody recommend? I have an extremely small budget so am looking at discounted things- magnetic bikes, magnetic treadmills, ellipticals. Any good/ bad experiences with these? I'm quite dubious as I've always felt that home-budget equipment is inferior... but hopefully I'm wrong!
Also, I've seen this
http://www.sportandleisureuk.com/catalog/vibration-plates/vibratronic-ivibrate-vibration-plate (copy and paste into your browser else it won't work
)that might actually trump all of the other options. But I know nothing about vibration plates- do it's stats look OK? If I get inferior equipment, I'll get inferior results. At which point I'd rather save my money. But if I can get a good item then life will be a tonne easier in the winter. Planning ahead!
