Question How do you keep track of your lifting sessions?

I was wondering if anyone has discovered a nice, online weight lifting journal that they can recommend? Currently, I am using a "homemade" Excel spreadsheet, and it is ok but my writing is chicken scratch (esp in the gym) and I was wondering if there was something that existed online that would be worth checking out.

Looking forward to hearing how you all keep track of your lifts at every session!

Thanks,
Cat

I carry a little notebook with me when I train and write everything down..simple, yet effective. As far as online, I log it on my BB.com profile...its quick and easy.

ooooohhhhh...just saw this tool on BB.com and am entering my workout from yesterday. Me likes this!!!! Thanks for the tip!

Can you print these workout trackers out so you can put in a binder? Also, one thing that I noticed which kind of stinks is that if you are doing one set, but "dropping" the weight halfway to get the most reps, you can only put in one weight...how do you account for that?

I dont know if you can print them? I figure why bother when they saved on the internet forever

In that example, I would just type it in the note section...just an idea.
