Hi,

I like to do full body workouts because for me, I get bored otherwise. I do this 3 days per week and other days I do cardio or something.

On the days I am lifting, I am a bit confused, being that I am doing full body do I do 1, 2, or 3 exercises per body part??? It seems to be conflicting info everywhere.

I do at least 2 exercises for each BP, 3 if it's an area that needs improvement.
