Obviously, I know this may vary based on the type of workout routine you are doing, but lets assume you are doing some kind of split and are not doing a FB routine or are weeks away from a show. Let's assume you are looking to add lean muscle - that is your main goal.
1) How many days per "calendar week - Mon-Sun" are you lifting?
2) How long does your lifting session usually last?
3) Are you using supersets in your routine as a way to save time in the gym?
4) How can you tell if you are overtraining?
Thanks, Ladies I like to see what kind of time women are spending in the gym, especially to scuplt the bodies some you have impressively sculpted
1) How many days per "calendar week - Mon-Sun" are you lifting? Typically, 5-6 but it does vary.
2) How long does your lifting session usually last? 45min-1hr MAX!
3) Are you using supersets in your routine as a way to save time in the gym? I use supersetting but not to save time. Just as a way to hit the muscles differently.
4) How can you tell if you are overtraining? If my lifts are are not improving, I'm not recovering and everything feels 'heavier' than it should.

usually 4. I shoot for three days crossfit and one day on my own.
2) How long does your lifting session usually last?
35-40 minutes.
3) Are you using supersets in your routine as a way to save time in the gym?
crossfit def -- on my own, not too much. For Crossfit, you are usually doing rounds for time so you move quickly from one exercise to the next.
4) How can you tell if you are overtraining?
I just go by how I feel. If I wake up and I'm super sore and tired, I make it a rest day.

2) How long does your lifting session usually last? Hour to hour 15. My gym is small..somtimes have to wait for machine. Also due to lifting as heavy as possible somtimes I need longer rest periods)
3) Are you using supersets in your routine as a way to save time in the gym? No
4) How can you tell if you are overtraining? If I'm tired
