Question Squats

Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off with $20 Purchase.

I have been doing squats , forever, well it feels like it lol. but ive been going pretty heavy lately, pushing it, i was proud so i told a friend i squatted 170 the other day, i was happy cause its about 25 lbs over my body weight, i could have pushed more but didnt have a spotter, the next question he asked was do i wrap my knees, and i was like NO! .... so it got me thinking, should i be wrapping my knees when im doing squats?!!!

Nice squatting!

Personally I don't think you need to worry about wrapping your knees. I have seen people squat some SERIOUS weight and rarely see anybody wrap their knees.
I think you're doing just fine without!

I have seen a few people wrap their knees but they have all had knee problems, so its just a precaution. If you're knees are feeling good than I dont think its necessary.
