Okay, I've got one for you. I don't know how inspiring it'll be for anyone else, but it sure works for me!

I'm not sure where he got it, but my trainer told me this one the other day:

"If you have to eat a frog, don't spend too much time looking at it. If you have to eat two frogs, eat the biggest one first."

I now think of my dreaded exercise workouts as frogs. I saw my trainer last night when I went for my exercise class, and said to him, "I'm here to eat my frog."
I've spent most of today avoiding my run on the treadmill. I was trying to take a nap, but all I could think of was, "Darn it, I haven't eaten my frog yet! Better get it over with."

I've done it.

Everyday life confronts us with new problems to be solved which force us to adjust to our old programs accordingly.

This is the one I have in my office right now. Cant remember where I got it...

This is a quote, well a pretty long quote, but a quote nonetheless from the Secret...I didnt read it, but my mom posted this on the fridge..I liked it, so perhaps you guys will too..here it goes:

I promise myself

To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk, health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best
and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of
others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the
great achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile
to every living creature I meet.
To give so much time to improving myself that I
have no time to critize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear,
and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud word, but in great deeds.
To live in faith that the whole world is on my side,
so long as I am true to the best that is in me.

There is no better exercise for strengthening the heart than reaching down and lifting people up!

"When I look around (the NFL) I'm amazed by how many people have a dream and how few have a vision. The difference is that a dream ends up being passive, accommodating disappointment. A vision captures the imagination. A vision is something that consumes you like a fire, won't let you eat, won't let you sleep until that vision comes to pass." -Mike Singletary(49ers Coach)...got this from someone's facebook status who got it from a sports blog
