My friend emailed me this and I dont know what to tell her:
"i am currently on a diet and plan to lose another 10 pounds or so, but my main goal is to get rid of my "pooch," as people like to call it, the little belly fat over my lower abs. i read on a few websites that the best way is to lose the weight as well as work the abs...once the fat starts to melt away, the muscle underneath will start to show. well, i kept this idea in mind, and i had gone on a diet before and was almost at my ideal weight, and i did abs every day, but i still had the pooch. this time, i want to get rid of it, i just want a flat stomach! does anybody have any advice on how to get rid of "the pooch"? are there certain foods that i should cut out or certain exercises i can do?
I tried to tell her to clean up her diet but there must be more to it
