When I first started I made small changes then bigger and bigger. I still struggle but it's easier.
First thing I did was white pasta to WW and white rice to basmati or brown. Then my bread when to wheat and then I cut sugary cerals then potato chips etc....
It takes a while and by all means make sure if you are craving something have alittle, in moderation. Or Make a healthy version of what your craving.
Make small cuts and you'll notice a difference. The biggest thing is dont quit trying eventually it becomes the lifestyle.
Don't quit either, don't let a "mistake" turn into a day and pick up AT YOUR NEXT MEAL.
Also, don't expect the weight to come off all at once, try not to watch the scale, weight should come off 1-2 pounds a week, usually higher in the first week to month.
