		<description>Well, I actually had to cut my cardio down to two 30 minute sessions a week for awhile to gain the weight. But that&#039;s when the cellulite started to creep back in. Maybe I&#039;ll give the leg workout a chance to work and cut back the lengthy cardio sessions and stick with the shorter ones. I probably am defeating my purpose of gaining muscle with too much cardio! :) 

Thanks for your help! I&#039;ll keep you posted.

Well I was able to go heavier this week! Yay!!! Felt great. And I&#039;m not as sore. I&#039;m also doing hill sprints 2x a week, steady state cardio at least another 2-3 days for 40-50 mins and a second leg day with different exercises. I&#039;m hoping that all of this will blast the stupid cellulite I have on my legs and help them GROW. I don&#039;t just have it on the back either! I eat really clean (except for cheating on Saturdays and I don&#039;t go hog wild) and I&#039;m pretty thin at 5&#039;8&quot; and 120. I&#039;m trying to gain but I have a really hard time. I was 110 last October and it&#039;s been a struggle! :) But if I cut my cardio too much it seems the cellulite likes to really come back. UGH!

I just wanted to let you know I did this workout a week ago today for the first time and I LOVED it. It was tough!! My legs were sore for DAYS! It&#039;s hard for me to lift enough weight on my shoulders for the front squats to make it feel worth it. I don&#039;t feel strong enough but I guess that will come?? 

I am positive I will see the growth I&#039;ve been wanting forever but have not been able to get. I am getting ready to do it again this morning. I learned of you through my friend Sonya who you are training for her first comp. You two are an amazing team. She looks great! :)
