Sauteed Brussels Sprouts
Let’s face it: Veggies don’t always taste all that good. Beyond that, they get boring, fast! But you know you need ‘em, especially when every bit of fiber counts as you focus on losing fat and keeping your tummy full.
This super simple recipe, courtesy of Broadys, will take your veggies up a notch. While she uses Brussels sprouts here, there’s no reason this wouldn’t work with broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, or just about any other veggie you can think of.
Just don’t forget to include the fat grams in this delicious recipe in your daily totals, and enjoy!
