    Hmm,

    Multi vitamin– just once a day.

    Chocamine

    Green Tea

    Fish Oil(when I remember– but I usually get a bunch of healthy fats from udos oil 1-2 times per day.)

    Oh and I guess my protein powder– but to me thats “food”, not a supplement lol
