Is there any truth to this at all?  Low carb is the only plan my body tolerates, but I love Tabata and HIIT.</description>

		<description>I  love tabata....I downloaded a tabata timer on my MP3 so I can do it anywhere.  It is awesome!  I  tabata everything..jumping  jacks, prisoner squats, planks, situps, on and on.
