Nicole-

I completely agree! I used to have that mindset myself and would have a "cheat meal" once or twice a week.

I found that to be too negative for myself, and I never truly enjoyed those "cheat" meals because I thought I was doing something wrong.

Thanks!!

Kim-

Absolutely. That is one of my main points in the nutrition section of Fat Loss Detour.

Whenever some says they are going to "cheat", they usually say it in a guilty way.

Enjoying food should not make us feel guilty . . .

Thanks again!

Absolutely. I would love to get over the mentality of having "cheats" and learning how to just incorporate treats like that into life without any problems.... rather than obsessing!

Kim-

I do provide examples of foods, but I don't use the term "clean" just like I don't use the words "cheat" or "reward" meals.

The nutrition section isn't macro based either. The principles are truly simple, but they are very effective.

I provide some simple guidelines and then you fit them into your life.

I don't tell you to eat X times per day, or to eat a percentage of each macronutrient. You just get simple, but highly effective nutrition principles.

However, I also provide alternatives for people who want more detailed nutrition information.

One of my main goals with this program was to keep nutrition simple so it doesn't promote obsessive compulsive eating habits.

Does that help?

Thanks, Kim!
